The hotel was conveniently located for travelling through Danville. We were so happy with our decision to stay at this property and would definitely come back. We ate in the family restaurant.
Perfect for an overnight stay in transit
for us super location, large room, safe, breakfast you can eat toast and cereals the rest you can forget, but sufficed us
had asked 1 time if we could get breakfast earlier, because we were going to Alcatraz in the morning, here a clear no, there was no city map in the hotel, in the hotel itself a little bit stuffy and in the hotel entrance stank so much of room scent (too concentrated), carpet
Convenient location to BlackHawk Country Cluib where I attend a monthly dinner/dance
The mattress was very comfortable. The room was extremely quiet even though it faced a busy freeway.
The design of the vanity area was not accommodating for the application of make-up. The light was too high. This is an architectural flaw and in no way reflects on anything else.
The cleanliness of the rooms, and the excellent man behind the desk that greeted me on Friday afternoon. He made every effort - I needed a blanket, got me a 1st floor room, etc., with a great attitude.
It was cheap and comfortable.
The staff was not very friendly. Also the complimentary breakfast was terrible!
Staff and Facilities were excellent. Made sure that "nonsmoking" was really nonsmoking. Made the fact that they are next to the freeway a non issue. Within walking distance to several restaurants that will meet most tastes.
No shampoo in room, had to request from front desk.
We were impressed by the attention to detail, by the most excellent, yet unobtrusive service and by the great continental breakfast. You all are a cut above any other Best Westerns in which we have stayed with the exception of one in which we spent the first night of our honeymoon 26 years ago. Needless to say the Valley View Inn in Townsend, Tennessee will always hold a special place in our heart, but the Sycamore Inn is right up there with the best of them.
The front desk person was very friendly and answered questions in a polite manner.
I thought the breakfast was too cheap. The assortment of food was lacking.
This hotel really suited our needs. It was well-priced and we were able to take our dog. It can be difficult to stay at a nice, clean hotel when traveling with a pet. We would definitely stay here again.
I wish there had been an elevator. Other than that, everything was great.
Great location and close to really nice restaurants! Nicely landscaped and away from the freeway noise! easy access to many different towns. incredible hot breakfast... well worth the value!
The evening and the morning staff were not very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities/breakfast menu or surrounding area restaurants.
Large, well-appointed room, nice toiletries, good bed/bedding, micro and frig, cookies and fruit at check-in
After closing the window, the room was quiet.
Redhead at front desk was snooty. Couldn't locate the ice machine. Maids tried to help, but didn't speak English. Sent in opposite direction. Forgot flipflops, floor left feet dirty.
